We are a non-profit behavioral health agency serving northeastern Massachusetts and greater Boston.

In 2010, CAB Health & Recovery Services and Health & Education Services (HES) merged to become a single behavioral health agency, Northeast Behavioral Health.Our two agencies have a long history and a strong reputation for providing quality social service and treatment services.
