In 2010, CAB Health & Recovery Services and
Health & Education Services (HES) merged to become a single behavioral health agency, Northeast Behavioral Health.
Our two agencies have a long history and a strong reputation for providing quality social service and treatment services to adults, youth and families north of Boston and in the
Merrimack Valley.
